Reserve a massa.<br />
<br />
Comprei um molho de tomate biológico delicioso no Aldi. Triturei e coloquei 2 colheres no fundo de um pirex.<br />
<br />
Numa frigideira coloque azeite e 0,500 kg de carne de vaca picada. Tempere com molho inglês, alho em pó. cebola picada e flor de sal (pouca pois o queijo também é salgado). Deixe cozinhar até a carne estar sem sangue. Adicione uma lata de cogumelos e um pouco de vinho branco. Junto o resto do molho de tomate e deixe cozinhar durante 15 minutos.<br />
<br />
No pirex coloque metade da massa, a carne, o resto da massa, mais 2 colheres de molho de tomate e polvilhe com mozzarella ralada e queijo parmesão ralado.<br />

Quando a carne estiver bem cozinhada, adicione os cogumelos marron laminados. Deixe cozinhar até os cogumelos libertarem toda a água. <br />
<br />
Junte 2 colheres de copa de polpa de tomate e 100 mL de leite de coco. Retifique os temperos e polvilhe com parmesão ralado.<br />

Quando a cebola estiver bem dourada adicione as lulas parte dos coentros e deixe cozinhar durante 10-15 minutos e junte o vinho branco e a polpa de tomate. Tempere com flor de sal e deixe cozinhar até as lulas estarem bem cozinhadas.<br />

Arroz de Tomate:<br />
Não sei como é na vossa casa mas cá em casa há sempre molho de tomate congelado para fazer arroz de tomate rápido. É sempre prático e muito rápido.<br />

* molho de tomate congelado<br />
* 1 chávena arroz <br />
* azeite qb<br />
* flor de sal qb<br />
* água qb<br />
<br />
Num tacho coloque um fio de azeite, o molho de tomate ainda congelado e leve ao lume.<br />
Quando o molho tiver derretido junte o arroz e tempere. Deixe saltear um pouco e adicione água.<br />

Grão Salteado na Frigideira:<br />
* 1 lata de grão<br />
* 2 chalotas às rodelas<br />
* 1 dente de alho grande laminado<br />
* azeite qb<br />
* 2 piemntos grealhos de conserva aos cubos<br />

* vinho branco qb<br />

Numa frigideira coloque o azeite, chalotas e alhos. Leve aos lume a saltear. Quando a chalota estiver a ficar dourada adicione os restantes ingredientes deixe saltear e sirva de imediato.<br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana";">Adicione o tomate seco e deixe saltear por mais 3-5 minutos.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana";">Comece a juntar o líquido aos cogumelos a pouco e pouco (pode não utilizar o líquido todo). Por último, junte a massa e mais um pouco de líquido; polvilhe com queijo Parmesão ralado, misture muito bem e sirva de imediato.</span><br />

* um ramo de tomilho fresco<br />

Preparação:<br />
Comece por temperar o peito de pato do lado sem pele com alho em pó, cebola picada, flor de sal e molho inglês. Leve o vinho do Porto com o tomilho ao lume. Quando começas a ferver baixe o lume e deixe reduzir até metade.<br />
<br />
Aqueça bem uma frigideira anti-aderente. Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC.<br />
<br />
Quando a frigideira estiver bem quente coloque o peito de pato com a pele para baixo. Deixe cozinhar até a pele ficar bem dourada.<br />

Leve ao forno durante 8 minutos.<br />
<br />
Entretanto prepare os legumes como mais gosta.<br />
<br />
Retire do forno e escorra a gordura para um recipiente e reserve.<br />
<br />
Coloque a gordura de pato numa frigideira anti-aderente e junte os legumes. Tempere com flor de sal e deixe saltear durante 7-10 minutos. Adicione um pouco de água e deixe cozinhar durante mais 5 minutos.<br />
<br />
Leve a frigideira novamente ao lume junte a redução de vinho do Porto e as natas e deixe engrossar sirva de imediato.<br />

* 2 chuchus aos cubos<br />
* 1 cebola aos cubos<br />

* 1 alho francês às rodelas<br />

Mas tenho de confessar que concorri no último dia e tudo graças ao M. E este ano fui escolhida e a minha receita vai ser publicada!<br />

Ingredientes:<br />
* 1 kg de berbigão fresco<br />
* 50g de coentros<br />
* 1 chávena de arroz<br />
* 4 chávenas de água<br />
* 8 dentes de alho grandes<br />
* tabasco qb<br />
* azeite qb<br />

Preparação:<br />

<span style="font-size: x-small;">Comece por lavar bem o berbigão. Deixe em água no frio no mínimo 2 horas.<br /><br /> Num tacho grande, coloque o azeite de forma a cobrir o fundo, metade dos coentros picados e 6 dentes de alho grandes picados grosseiramente. Tempere com tabasco a gosto. Leve ao lume e quando o azeite começar a ferver junte o berbigão bem escorrido. Tape o tacho e deixe o marisco abrir mexendo de tempos a tempos.<br /><br /> Quando o marisco estiver totalmente aberto, retire do lume. Escorra o berbigão para um recipiente à parte e reserve. A água de abrir o marisco coloque num copo e triture com a varinha mágica. Reserve.<br /><br /> No mesmo tacho, coloque azeite a gosto e dois dentes de alho inteiros com casca. Quando o azeite estiver a ferver adicione o arroz e deixe fritar mexendo. <br /> Junte a água de abrir os berbigões (atenção que esta água é salgada) e mais 4 chávenas de água. Deixe cozinhar.<br /><br /> Enquanto o arroz cozinha retire as cascas vazias de berbigão. Quando a água tiver reduzido para metade adicione ao arroz o berbigão com e sem casca, umas gotas de tabasco a gosto e deixe acabar de cozinhar.<br /><br /> Sirva com coentros frescos picados.</span> <br />

Comece por picar muito bem uma cebola grande e 3 dentes de alho. Coloque tudo num tacho grande, junte azeite e molho inglês; leve ao lume a refogar.<br />

Deixe refogar bem e junte 3 entremeadas cortadas em pedaços não muito grandes. Tempere com mistura de 5 pimentas moída na hora e flor de sal. Deixe a carne cozinhar muito bem. Adicione uma cerveja de 25cL e bastantes coentros frescos picados e deixe ferver.<br />

Comece por cozinhar a massa <em>al dente</em>.</div>

Numa frigideira coloque azeite, molho inglês e um dente de alho lavado com casca. Leve ao lume.</div>

Quando o azeite estiver a ferver junte os cogumelos laminados grosseiramente e deixe saltear bem.</div>

<strong>A receita foi tirada da revista Continente Magazine de Fevereiro de 2016 com uma pequena alteração... Usamos nozes em vez de pinhões, a receita fica igualmente deliciosa e bastante mais económica! </strong></div>

Ingredientes:<br />
* manteiga qb<br />
* 2 maçãs<br />
* 4 fatias de pão caseiro<br />
* 2 queijos de cabra curados<br />
* mel qb<br />
* nozes picadas qb<br />
* tomilho qb<br />
<br />
Preparação:<br />
Derreta a manteiga numa frigideira e aloure as maçãs cortadas às fatias durante 3 minutos.<br />
<br />
Torre ligeiramente as fatias de pão.<br />
<br />
Coloque por cima do pão o queijo de cabra fatiado e em seguida as maçãs. Regue com mel, polvilhe com as nozes e leve ao forno prá-aquecido a 180ºC durante 5 minutos.<br />
<br />
Polvilhe com tomilho e sirva de imediato.<br />

<strong>Hoje cheguei a casa e depois de despachar o pequenino olhei para o frio e tinha entre outras coisas, um resto de massa (para não variar) e uma beringela solitária!!!</strong></div>

Comece por partir a beringela em cubos.<br />
<br />
Numa frigideira, coloque um pouco de azeite, molho inglês e 2 dentes de alho laminados. Leve ao lume e mal o azeite comece a ferver adicione a beringela.<br />
Deixe saltear bem para a beringela ganhar o sabor do alho e do azeite.<br />
<br />
De seguida, junte 2 latas de atum bem escorridas, pimento piquilho a gosto e coentros frescos picados.<br />

Saltei tudo muito bem.<br />

Entretanto cozi um pouco mais de massa e depois de desligar o lume juntei a que estava no frio. Deixei repousar um 5 minutos e escorri a água.<br />

Coloquei metade da massa num pirex e em cima a beringela e o atum.<br />
