Turkey Ring (USA)

Ingredientes

3 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp.
120mL mayonnaise
2 tbsp honey Dijon mustard - usei mostarda normal
½ tsp black pepper
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped (can substitute turkey with chicken) - usei 4 bifes de peru aos cubos
½ cup celery, sliced
3 tbsp fresh parsley, snipped
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded - usei queijo emental
½ cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
1 egg separated
1. Preheat oven to 190ºC. Unroll crescent dough; separate into 16 triangles. With wide ends of triangles toward the center, arrange 8 triangles in a circle on Large Round Stone. (Pizza or cookie baking sheet can also be used). If using baking stone, corners of wide ends will touch and points will extend 1 inch beyond baking stone. Arrange remaining 8 triangles in center, matching wide ends. Seal seams with fingers. (Note: points of crescents will overlap in center; do not seal.)
2. First, measure mayonnaise, mustard and black pepper into large bowl. Then add chopped turkey, sliced celery, snipped parsley, cranberries, sliced or shredded cheese and mix all ingredients together. Coarsely chops walnuts can be sprinkled over filling (Optional).
3. Using a medium scoop, or large spoon, scoop filling over center seams of dough, forming a circle.
4. Beginning in the center, lift one dough triangle across mixture. Continue alternating with outer triangles, slightly overlapping to form wreath. Tuck last end under first.
5. Separate egg white, beat lightly and brush over dough. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut and serve.
